If you have been following my blogs, you will remember that I said I would be ”the guinea pig” I’ve always loved reading but this past year I have neglected this hobby.
I also said I have never read a self -help book, because I thought I didn’t need them, not interesting, not relevant to me or my life.
Book no 1.
This practical book explains how to rid yourself of unwanted obligations ,guilt, shame and trying to please everyone before you please yourself, how to stop spending time you don’t have doing things you don’t want to do with people you don’t like
Funny, sometimes surprising but straight to the point my eyes were opened to the power of not giving a f**k .
Using her own personal experiences, lists that she shows you how to make for your” f**k it lists” as well as the contributions from hundreds of people all over the world who took an anonymous survey that Sarah Knight sent out makes this my favourite self -help book of 2016. Making time to read( even 1 chapter a day)is as good as meditating or a nap.
Book no2. review is on the way….keep following.
