Miss Bliss encompasses all things healthy , natural ,delicious wholefood and refined sugar-free.
We almost passed by this little gem that produces delicious creations of food using locally grown organic produce where possible.
Walk through the front of the shop and be pleasantly surprised at the open area at the rear of the property. Open plan seating on two levels with quirky mismatched tables and chairs, antiquated clocks and a superb living wall.
My daughter and I couldn’t decide what we wanted so we shared 3 dishes.
We started with a fruit smoothie bowl topped with granola, chopped banana and a generous dollop of coconut yoghurt, the flavours of the smoothie with the granola and banana was delightful , but the coconut yoghurt was good enough to eat be itself. We followed this with a bagel packed with ham, feta and beetroot humus . Even though we were stuffed we did manage to find room for some of their delicious desserts and lattes.
Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian options are available too.
I love that the owner Jacqui has pledged 20c from every cup of coffee sold to a charity she helps in their efforts to build 3 new orphanages in Sierra Leone called Charity for kids.
A lovely way to spend an afternoon and get an energy boost after a morning shopping.
