Book no 4. BIG, LITTLE LIES.

I am so happy that I promised you on my first  blog that I would  read more . I have my readers head back!!This is  Liane Moriarty latest book and my favourite by far.

She has the unique way of drawing you in from the first page. Set in a small quiet  town, you  get to know each of the main characters very quickly, discovering that they have some dark secrets, something is going on but you don’t know what. The annual school Trivia Night ends in a shocking riot and a parent is dead, but you don’t know right until the end which parent it is  and if it was an accident or murder. It’s a book that I really didn’t want to put down but at the same time knowing the quicker I read the book the sooner it would be over and I didn’t want that to happen. With 2 big shockers and a twist in the story makes for a great read and keeps you on the edge of your seat and eating every word.

I am also thrilled to  learn Big, Little,Lies has now been made into a TV series ,starring Nicole Kidman and Reece Witherspoon as two of the main characters. I can’t wait to see how the series unfolds and what new things the characters get up to.
